Hey. I'm Matt Anipen. I was born in Boulder and moved to Denver when I was 3. My childhood was nothing important except that from as far back as I could remember, I wanted to be in a band and a dog bit my head. I didn't get that chance until I was a freshman in high school (and learned how to play guitar). Bryan and I were the original members when we were with these two other guys we knew from grade school. We were pretty crappy, but I guess all bands are when they start off. But not like this. Then the other two guys wanted to change the band to a Metallica cover band kick me out. So Bryan decided that knocking off Metallica was not the best idea and left the band with me. We decided that punk was the way to go and we started getting pretty good at it. Well, not really, but once Josh and David joined around 2001, we pulled together.
